How to train as a gymnast with the Easypull portable pulley system.

How to train as a gymnast with the easypull portable pulley system.
When I discovered the pulley system to train easypull I immediately saw the applications I could have in order to perform strengthening exercises for gymnastic movements (Maltese, Victorian, Iron Cross,...). It is very important to practice exercises that involve having straight arms to avoid injuries to the joints and tendons of the elbow, fundamentally. Even if your purpose is not gymnastics are interesting to give a different stimulus to your muscles(ihasta to induce hypertrophy!, but look at the arms of a gymnast ...).
In this article I present some of the exercises that I perform in my routine of straight arms (straight arms) with the easypull, both in its calisthenics variant and in its BBuilder variant.
Exercises with easypull calisthenics:
1. MALTESE RING FLY STRAIGHT ARMS DELOADED
2.IRON CROSS PULLOUTS DELOADED
Exercises with the easypull BBuilder:
3. VICTORIAN PULLS
4. MALTESE PRESS
5. IRON CROSS PULLOUTS
At first you should be quite conservative with the loads used (and the discharge in the Easypull calisthenics), since this type of exercises are very demanding. Do not exceed the number of repetitions, you can touch the fault but I do not recommend you to get to it. Put it into practice and enjoy the possibility that Easypull gives us to train as a gymnast in our own home or anywhere else.
I have prepared an excel file for you so that you can keep a detailed track of this schedule. Download it by clicking here.
