OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract governs the contractual relationship of purchase born between Easypull and the user.
The contractual relationship of purchase entails the delivery, in exchange for a certain price and publicly exposed through the website, of a particular product.
OVERVIEW
The conditions described on this page are for orders placed from the website https://easypullsystem.com.
The photos published on our website are real and correspond to the product to be purchased.
The currency used is the euro. Prices for each product include value added tax (VAT) or other taxes that may apply.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website. In the purchase process, the expenses generated by taxes, transportation or other service will be added.
Any payment made to Easypull will result in the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user. This invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the user, as well as incorporated into the order you will receive.
The stock confirmation will be subject to final confirmation by Easypull.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The shipment of the purchased products will only be made when the user has made the payment and it has been received by Easypull. Until then, the purchase will not be understood to have been made.
Easypull informs the customer that there is a possibility that the selected product is not in stock. In these cases the delivery to the customer may take up to 15-30 days from when Easypull received the payment. Easypull will inform the user of this circumstance.
Despite having products in stock, it may be insufficient in case of high demand spikes. In this case, the products will be delivered according to order, informing users of the incident, as well as the estimated delivery time. This communication may be made by phone or email.
The shipment will be made through express Spanish mail. Shipping, once made, takes between 24-48 hours.
FORM AND PAYMENT TERMS
Easypull accepts payments via Paypal.
APPLICABLE WARRANTIES
The products offered have a factory warranty of 2 years valid from the time of delivery. In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair, replacement of the product, reduction in the price or return of the money, in the legally established terms will be eligible. The warranty will lose its value if proof of purchase data is modified, altered or replaced. Warranties do not include deficiencies caused by negligence, shock, misuse or tampering, or wear and tear due to normal use.
APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions shall be governed by or construed in accordance with Spanish law in what is not expressly established. Easypull and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Terms to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Lugo.
Easypull and the user may submit their disputes to the arbitrations provided for in consumer and user advocacy legislation and to out-of-court dispute resolution procedures established through codes of conduct or other instruments of self-regulation.
