Return policy

All Easypull products are new, original and have a 2-year warranty.

The circumstances that may justify a refund are as follows:

- The user has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise his right of dismissal.

- Receipt of a defective product. In this case, Easypull will ship a new product once it receives the defective product and performs the relevant checks. Easypull will take care of all the freight, both those corresponding to the return and the second shipment.
