Training principles

Easypull is inspired by some of the fundamental principles of sports training. In this post you will discover what they consist of and why they are so important to progress in your workouts.
Easypull is a work tool that allows you to progress safely and efficiently, helping you improve your posture and reducing the risk of injury. This is achieved thanks to Easypull respecting some of the fundamental principles of sports training: principle of health, principle of specificity and principle of progressive overload.
1. Principle of health: Health is a primary aspect in all training. If you lose your health, you will hardly be able to improve your performance. In this sense Easypull seeks to adapt each exercise to your level of physical form, so that you can minimize the risk of injury and maximize your strength gains.
3. Principle of progressive overload: "What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger." Once we adapt to a certain training stimulus, it is necessary to cause an overload in our body that allows us to continue obtaining results. This principle is known as progressive overloading. Easypull allows you to decrease the help in each exercise you use it, until you are able to execute it alone and without help.
Easypull is not an end in itself. It is a means to an end: to facilitate the process and help you achieve all your goals.
